SANGRÍA & PAELLA COOKING CLASS

If you like cooking and drinking, you’ve come to the right place!

For this fun hands-on cooking class, you will explore the flavors of the Spanish and learn how to make some of the most traditional delights. 

All that under the thoughtful guidance of our chef instructor, who will discover you the secrets of how to cook a perfect paella and how to make an real sangria to delight your friends and family once back home.

During the class, you'll work in groups to create some traditional recipes as starters, a delicious paella and a refreshing sangría. These recipes are sure to become your new favorites!

Dishes to be prepared:

STARTERS: Gazpacho (traditional & refreshing tomato could soup) & Garlic prawns

MAIN: Chicken & vegetables paella.

DESSERT: Torrijas (This Spanish treat is usually prepared near Easter time in the south of Spain)

Once you’ve finished creating your culinary masterpieces, you'll have the opportunity to taste the specialties you’ve prepared, accompanied by national wines. After the lunch concludes, a private motorcoach will take you back to the hotel.
